CYNTHIA LEE MURACA (Cindy) was born in Monroe, Michigan on April 3, 1956. After a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer, and surrounded by loved ones, Cindy passed away January, 2013 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Cindy was born to parents Doyle and Delores Williams in Monroe, Michigan. She lived and worked in southeast Michigan enjoying a satisfying career in retail management. She and her husband Gary moved to Teton Valley, Idaho in 2002 to pursue a mountain lifestyle of hiking, skiing, cycling and kayaking. Cindy pursued every outdoor adventure with unabashed enthusiasm and thrived on living and playing with Gary in the spectacular environment of their new home. Cindy also enjoyed a fruitful career at Grand Targhee Resort where she was a friend to all.

After battling pancreatic cancer at three cancer centers in southeast Michigan for 16 months, Cindy chose to spend her final days in Teton Valley surrounded by the wild and rugged mountains she so loved. Cindy is survived by her husband, Gary, of Victor, Idaho; stepdaughter Kelli Muraca, of Victor Id; mother Delores of Monroe, Michigan and siblings Brian (Shirley), Reid (Allison), Scott (Sharon), and many devoted nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

A memorial service celebrating Cindy's life will be held Friday, January 18, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. in the Rendezvous Lodge at Grand Targhee Resort. Memorial gifts can be donated to any of the wonderful cancer research organizations fighting breast and pancreatic cancer.
