David Walter Nodine July 14, 1977 - December 27, 2008

Funeral services will be on Saturday, January 3, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. at the Presbyterian Church of Jackson Hole.

David Nodine passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 27, 2008 doing what he loved - skiing. He is survived by his wife, Christine Nodine of Wilson, Wyoming, his parents, Doug and Cathy Nodine of Oak Ridge, North Carolina and his brother and sister in law, Sunshine and Michael Nodine of Boston, Massachusetts. He will also be missed by his faithful friend, Malcolm.

David Walter Nodine was born on July 14, 1977 in Raleigh, North Carolina. He graduated from Northwest Guilford High School in Guilford County, North Carolina in 1995. He then attended Colgate University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science in 1999. Upon graduation, he moved to Boston, Massachusetts where he began his career at Bear Stearns and worked there for 3 years. He met Christine in Boston and they moved to Dallas, Texas where he worked for TXU Energy, Gulf States Energy and then started his own company, Westbank Energy. He and Christine married in March 2005 and moved to Jackson Hole in October of the same year.

David lived life in a way that most people only dreamed about -in the mountains with his best friend Christine and their dog, Malcolm. He was an outdoorsman at heart - skiing in the winter and hiking and biking in the summer. He had an infectious laugh, a contagious personality and was loved by all. David loved life, and never met a stranger. He was an incredible husband, son, brother, son in law, brother in law, uncle and friend.
