FLORA E. COURIER (91) Passed away on October 20, 2010 at her home in Jackson, Wyoming. Flora was born May 27, 1919 in Arminto, Wyoming to Senida & Manuel Valdez , the youngest of six children. Flora's childhood was spent in Arminto with the family moving to Casper WY so the children could attend school. Flora went to St. Anthony's Catholic School and graduated from Natrona County High School. Flora and Smoky met and were married in Casper on April 12, 1940. Flora was employed in the oil and gas industry for many years. Flora and Smoky spent many summer vacations in Jackson at the Warm Springs Ranch and knew they wanted to spend their retirement years in Jackson, "God's Country". They moved to Jackson in 1972 and it was home. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 51 years LeRoy (Smoky) and all of her sisters and brothers. Flora is deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her three daughters Bonnie (John) Hazlett of Denver, CO; Peggy (Gary) Daugherty of Oldsmar, FL; Judy (Leroy) Dunn III of Casper, WY, and son John (Lisa) Courier of Las Vegas, NV, twelve grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and many relatives and friends. Memorial Service will be held at Our Lady of the Mountains Catholic Church, Jackson, on October 30, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Burial in Casper, WY at Memorial Gardens on October 31 at 4:00 p.m. In Lieu of Flowers the family requests that donations be sent to Senior Center of Jackson Hole, P.O.
