Gail Ann Marie Sweeny Foster, 56 passed away on February 8, 2009 at her home in Wilson, Wyoming. Gail was born in Bozeman, Montana on August 17, 1952. She was the daughter of Harold and Barbara Sweeny. The family moved to Star Valley where she attended school in Afton, Wyoming. After graduating Gail moved to Jackson and became a professional waitress. She was the best of the best, and loved nothing more than pleasing the customers that she served. She met her husband Dean Foster in the early 70's and they were married for 36 years, and are together again for eternity. The couple was well known throughout the valley and will be greatly missed by all their friends. Prior to her death Gail worked as a seamstress at High Country Linen, in Jackson Wyoming. She was wonderful seamstress, loved crocheting, working with leather, reading, cooking, collecting jewelry and knitting She is survived by her mother Barbara Sweeny, brother Harold Sweeny Jr., sister Carol Hall, all of Afton, Wyoming. Sons Steven Foster and his wife Darla of Caddo Mills, Texas and Greg Foster and his wife Kim of Wilson, Wyoming, six grandchildren: Danny, KaiLynn, Jessica, Christopher, James and Kassie, three great-grandchildren: Tricia, Logan and Carter and several nieces and nephews, also many special friends including her puppy Sebastian. She was preceded in death by her husband Dean Foster (just 3 short weeks ago) son Dennis Sweeny, Father, Harold Sweeny. A private family memorial is planned for early Spring.
