Laurinda Carlson

February 4, 1955 — July 18, 2010

Laurinda "Lori Bear" Carlson Longtime valley resident, Passed away July 18th from a long fought battle with cancer.

Raised in Arvada, Co. Lori attended the University of Wyoming for two years before moving to Jackson.

Lori had many jobs thru out the valley over the years. Working for the Dornan's in Moose, Ross Berlim at the wildlife Taxidermy, Museum, and the Remmigtons at the Wagon Wheel Village. She was a jack of all trades. She took a little something from each and everyone of her jobs.

Her passion was taking care of all her critters. An avid bird watcher, she could be seen at times talking to her favorite ravens. She was a talented chef and artist. She enjoyed the outdoors and all of it's beauty.

She is survived by her Father, Mother, two sisters brother-in- law, nephew, And all of her family of friends she has in Jackson Hole. She will be missed by all.

A remembrance will be held at 140 W. Snow King Ave from 2-8pm on Wednesday July 28, 2010.

In lieu of flowers , donations can be made to Teton County Animal Shelter and St. Johns Oncology department.
